Teaching Philosophy

Education should be accessible to everyone and helps build a better future. It empowers students to achieve their goals and inspire them to build their own worlds. Every individual has the capacity to learn new things.

I want my students to be confident in their learning journey. Educators should provide resources and support to all learners. The educator’s role is to foster natural inquisitiveness and build a solid learning foundation. Believing in the growth mindset, I believe my students can improve on any skill they set their mind to. I want to encourage growth and confidence in my students’ academic abilities and foster a strong work ethic. A good teacher is able to inspire students to become the best version of themselves.

I want them to be willing to make mistakes in order to learn from them. There is no limit for how much my students can learn. I want to be able to provide resources for my students that helps them explore concepts and navigate their academic career.

My goal is to make engaging, inspiring lessons and projects. My students should be able to come to me with questions or feedback that I can incorporate into their lessons. Listening to students’ and fellow teachers’ feedback is vital in the education process. I always strive to improve my lessons, projects, and activities by reflecting on the process, assessing the goals I have for my students, and adjusting the process to better serve the students.
